Why do we need polishing?
Polishing can provide complete protection for the paint on the surface of the panel and side bottom plate, fixing the system without affecting its vibration.
If not polished and simply painted, open paint, due to its exposed pores, lacks basic protection for the piano body itself.
How to polish?
- Step 1. Polish after passing through sand # 800~# 1000
Use our company's K6045 white polishing wax with sisal wheel or non-wonven polishing wheel for intermediate polishing, and after intermediate polishing, it is equivalent to passing through # 1200~# 1500 sand
- Step 2. Polishing after passing sand # 1200
Using our company's K6831 white polishing wax with polishing buff wheels for fine polishing, this step is equivalent to passing # 1500~# 1800 sand after completion
- Step 3. Polishing after passing sand # 1500
Use our company's yellow wax and plush cotton cloth wheels for fine polishing, which is equivalent to passing through # 1800~# 2000 sand
- Step 4. Mix water wax with wool plate for polishing
